If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Goods not damaged .You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to fuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You should send the goods to the following address: PO box 625 Ashville AL 35953.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and issues 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
